Outpatient Pharmacy Clerk

Greet customers, answer telephone inquiries, and refer callers to pharmacists as needed. Prepare prescription labels by entering them into the pharmacy operating system, accept prescriptions for filling, and process refill requests and authorizations. Operate the cash register and credit card billing process while performing clerical work for billing, record keeping, and insurance claims. Manage supplies and medication inventory, check for outdated products, and assist in auditing 340B and controlled substance records. Complete other tasks as assigned. This role requires a High School Diploma and six months of outpatient pharmacy experience. Bilingual candidates in English/Spanish are preferred.
