Outpatient Pelvic Physical Therapist needed for AdventHealth in Tavares, FL. Responsibilities include determining physical therapy diagnosis, establishing and implementing a plan of care, using standard techniques and modalities, assessing patient mobility and system function, supervising PT assistants and rehab aides, participating in performance improvement and quality initiatives, documenting and billing accurately, and marketing to physicians and practices to build referral relationships. Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or current eligibility for licensure), BLS CPR, and PT licensure (or PT-TEMP). Compensation includes an anticipated pay range of about $65,622 to $122,055 annually, with sign-on and relocation bonuses available. Schedule is full-time, typically Monday–Thursday 9am–6pm and Friday 8am–5pm, at the Sports Medicine and Rehab location in Tavares, FL. The role supports AdventHealth’s mission and involves community outreach and education as part of clinical duties.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS) Certification
- Physical Therapist (PT) license or PT-TEMP license
- Licenses and Certifications: PT (Required) OR PT-TEMP (Required)
