Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist at MultiCare responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for inpatient and outpatient patients. Duties include patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establishing and modifying treatment plans, delivering OT interventions for both inpatient and outpatient populations, timely documentation in the medical record, and coordinating care through effective communication with patients, families and other health professionals. Requires a WA OT license; prior OT experience is preferred. Shift is days with a schedule including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered care team within a Pacific Northwest health system.
