Outpatient OT - Rehab Program Manager

Lead outpatient rehabilitation services by treating patients while managing administrative duties such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff to foster strong relationships and drive program development. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings, and competitive pay ranging from $36 to $45 per hour.
