Job Summary
Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PRN) providing medical physical therapy services in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; focus on patient care, communication, relationship-building, accountability, and continuous improvement of the patient experience; requires active PT licensure in Texas or temporary license and BLS certification; 16-24 hours per week with afternoons preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
