Job Summary
PRN Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist needed to join a fast-paced multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include providing professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, performing evaluation, creating and implementing treatment plans, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Requires completion of an accredited PT program, BLS, Texas license (or temporary license), and 1 year of licensed PT experience. Work 16-24 hours/week with afternoons preferred, in Palmer, TX seeking collaboration, quality patient care, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
