Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect physical therapy care to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a collaborative environment while maintaining clear communication and accountability. Render professional technical services within the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process, focusing on improving the patient experience and taking initiative for professional growth. Work 16-24 hours per week in afternoons at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital serving as North Texas' only adult Level I Trauma Center and Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
