Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Conduct evaluations, develop care plans with specific goals, and manage all aspects of patient care including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and communicate effectively with physicians and providers. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and program development strategies. Work Monday through Friday with rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital in Riverton, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
