Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative procedures, and chronic orthopedic conditions using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams. Manage all aspects of patient care and supervision, including overseeing assistants, aides, and students, and ensure thorough documentation and accurate billing. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, and utilization review audits to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience. Contribute to program development strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work 40 weekly hours with an hourly range of $42.66 - $65.82. Join the Intermountain Health team in Orem, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Orthopedic experience, preferred
