Job Summary
Conduct outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard modalities. Develop individualized care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers while supervising assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care delivery. Maintain thorough patient documentation, complete accurate billing, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work Monday through Friday with rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
