Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments and manage all aspects of patient care, including supervising assistants, aides, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work Monday through Friday, Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital in Riverton, Utah.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
