Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, developing care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records and complete billing accurately. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Work Monday through Friday at Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital in Riverton, Utah, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
