Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and limitations. Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans addressing individual needs and goals. Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery and improve mobility. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness strategies. This outpatient orthopedic role serves diverse demographics, including athletes and older adults, within a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid Nevada Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure
- A strong commitment to patient care
- An ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree
- Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
