Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, establish precise diagnoses, and devise effective treatment strategies for spinal and extremity pathologies. Implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress regularly, and make informed adjustments based on recovery and feedback. Engage in patient education initiatives to empower individuals to manage their health and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive care strategies. Work onsite at our outpatient office in Greeley, CO, seeing patients one-on-one without assistance. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Colorado license.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid MPT or DPT license to practice physical therapy in Colorado
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities
Desired Qualifications
