Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patient mobility, strength, and pain levels to develop tailored treatment plans for orthopedic rehabilitation. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to restore function and alleviate discomfort, adjusting approaches based on patient feedback. Monitor and document progress using electronic medical record systems like WebPT while communicating treatment expectations with patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a supportive outpatient clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and communication

- Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current trends in physical therapy treatment methods
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to therapy
