Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of outpatient orthopedic patients, developing individualized treatment plans based on medical history and physical examinations. Implement evidence-based protocols and modify care continuously to address functional limitations, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery. Document all interactions accurately and collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans as conditions change. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. This role requires a DPT and valid New Jersey license, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program
- A current, valid state license for physical therapy practice in New Jersey
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings
