Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist

Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist needed to diagnose and establish a plan of care for patients with orthopedic and rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing treatment plans, evaluating and re-evaluating patient progress, supervising PT aides and assistants, contributing to physician marketing and building referral relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with insurance and department standards. Minimum pay rate listed with sign-on and relocation bonuses available; eligibility for full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, daytime).
