Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient optometric care to adult and pediatric patients within a mission-driven community health organization. Evaluate and manage eye care needs, maintain timely EMR documentation in Greenway, and collaborate closely with care teams and clinic leadership to deliver compassionate, continuity-focused care for underserved populations. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, outpatient-only environment with no call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree REQUIRED
- West Virginia optometry license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
- Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Commitment to underserved and community-based care strongly preferred
