Family Medicine Primary Care Physicians sought to join established and growing practices throughout Erie, PA, with outpatient-only care and access to the full UPMC Hamot specialty network. The role offers an enhanced compensation package including residency stipend (dependent on immigration status), sign-on bonus, educational loan repayment, CME stipend and days, relocation benefit, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Eligible candidates should be MD/DO graduates with completed or eligible Family Medicine residency, board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine, ability to obtain PA medical licensure and credentials, and DEA certification. The position is in a non-profit system, employed model, with a large patient panel and opportunities for professional growth within a system-wide Epic EMR environment.
