Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physicians are sought to join established practices across Erie County, PA, with access to UPMC Hamot’s specialty network. The role is outpatient-only with daily collaboration among physicians, NPs, and PAs in a team-based care environment. Candidates will provide comprehensive primary care, participate in outpatient call, and leverage Epic EMR for efficient patient management. The package includes residency stipends (dependent on immigration status), a sign-on bonus, educational loan repayment, CME support, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates should have MD/DO credentials, completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency, ABFM eligibility or certification, PA license eligibility, DEA certification, and ability to obtain PA licensure/credentials in Pennsylvania. Relocation support is available for customary moving expenses.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
