Outpatient Oncology Palliative Care Physician

Provide outpatient consultation, longitudinal follow-up, symptom management, and goals-of-care support for oncology patients and their families. Work closely with dedicated APP support, nurses, social workers, and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop practical referral processes, improve continuity of care, and guide patients through complex treatment decisions. Help design referral pathways, clinic workflows, patient education, and quality measures to support consistent access to care. Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine with Florida licensure required.
