Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN)

Carry out individualized treatment plans for residents focusing on daily living, mobility, and fine motor function skills. Assist patients with regaining functional abilities while tracking and documenting progress to report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, goal-driven care. Maintain documentation in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines. This outpatient role supports residents across senior living, long-term care, and home health settings in Florida.
