Outpatient Occupational Therapist (PRN)

Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans to help residents regain daily living skills and restore function. Deliver direct therapy in senior living settings, focusing on improving activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive function. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies while documenting progress and modifying treatment plans based on resident response. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care. This role requires a Florida-licensed OT with CPR certification and the ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.
