Job Summary
Outpatient non-invasive cardiology role in New York City with potential placement in Brooklyn and Long Island regions. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, performing examinations, diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions, prescribing medications and formulating ongoing treatment and disease management plans, collecting and maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care. Must have an MD, completion of cardiology residency, board eligibility/board certification in Cardiology, an active NY license or eligibility, DEA registration or eligibility, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility. Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office, plus strong communication skills. Salary range $400,000–$575,000; pay transparency note indicates compensation is tailored to experience and location. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Completion of four year post graduate medical training from an accredited cardiology residency program
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiology
- Must possess current, unrestricted New York State license or be eligible for licensure
- Must possess Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration
- Must possess Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
- Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
