Job Summary
Conduct outpatient PM&R evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, spine, and painful conditions. Refer for diagnostic imaging, prescribe medications, and perform or refer for interventional pain and spine procedures including joint and soft-tissue injections. Document all care in electronic health records while managing physical therapy prescriptions and surgical referrals. No call required; work part-time, 2-3 days per week. Base salary ranges from $140 to $160 hourly with productivity bonuses, plus 401K matching and malpractice coverage. Located in North Bergen and Teaneck, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
- Basic EMG skills
- Willingness to hone skills with on-the-job mentorship
