Outpatient MRI Technologist

Job Summary
MRI Technologist performing high-quality outpatient MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols, ensuring image quality, patient safety, and efficient workflow. Responsible for complete patient screening, exam documentation, and image verification in RIS and PACS to support timely physician interpretation; maintains device and room safety, contributes to QA and performance-improvement initiatives, and participates in onboarding and training of staff. Includes sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $5,000; multiple full-time shifts available at the Clements Ferry Medical Pavilion.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) or must obtain within 1 year in this position
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED)
- Experience: 1+ years in General MRI exams, implants, elastography, and defecography
