Job Summary
As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation per company policy. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, collaborating with teams, utilizing creativity in client interventions, and coordinating services with various personnel. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, Wyoming licensure, and experience with treatment plans and clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Wyoming-issued clinical licensure or prelicensed status (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Desired Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Valant experience a plus!
- Credentialed with insurance panels for fully licensed clinicians
