Job Summary
Provide individual, couples, and family outpatient therapy on a flexible basis while maintaining a minimum caseload. Manage your book of business with proactive client engagement and documentation in established timeframes. Coordinate care with other providers and actively participate in team meetings. Expected to utilize measurement-based care with all clients and possess a growth mindset while embracing cultural competence.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Independently licensed preferred - LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT. Minimum provisionally licensed to practice in TN.
- Direct clinical experience for 1+ year.
- Suggested experience level: Experienced

- Experience working with women
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
Additional Requirements
- Part time clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 12 completed client sessions per week.
