Job Summary
Deliver high-quality outpatient mental health therapy, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Maintain an individual book of business while ensuring timely documentation and communication with the Mamaya Health staff. Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with other providers. The role requires a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health field, with preferred independent licensing and a minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Independently licensed preferred - LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT. Minimum provisionally licensed to practice in TN.
- Direct clinical experience for 3+ years. Ideal settings would include outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with women, preferably with a focus on women’s health throughout the lifespan.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
- Strong self-accountability and autonomy.
