Job Summary
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes per company policy. Provide excellent customer service for clients, collaborate with case managers and medical personnel, and coordinate services as needed. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals and prepare individual documentation for each session. Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings while contributing to a thriving team culture. This part-time role involves seeing between 10 and 20 clients weekly with flexible scheduling options. Located in Greeley, CO, the position offers competitive compensation, paid supervision, and reimbursement for license renewal.
Required Qualifications
- master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPCC etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado
- general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Pass a background check
