Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Therapist maintains a direct service caseload and is responsible for providing high quality patient care with advanced skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, and family treatment. The role requires functioning as a member of an interdisciplinary team and participating in community relations. The therapist must be capable of working under pressure, organizing and prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates closely with the Program Director for optimal patient outcomes, serving all age groups.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess Masters Behavioral Health Licensure in Arkansas Independent preferred as one of the following: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Psychological Examiner Independent (LPE-I), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years clinical experience post master’s degree preferred
- Preferred EMDR training
