Job Summary
As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week. Candidates must have LCSW clinical licensure in Tennessee and a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, along with experience in clinical documentation. Required Qualifications
- LCSW clinical licensure in state of Tennessee
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
