Job Summary
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy. This role involves providing excellent customer service and collaborating with a dynamic team. Candidates are required to possess a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, clinical licensure, and experience in treatment planning and case documentation. Effective communication and the ability to work with a diverse client base are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- On track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
