Job Summary
Provide outpatient therapy using evidence-based interventions; conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation; maintain accurate and timely clinical records; maintain agreed-upon caseload and productivity expectations; collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team; participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities; build therapeutic relationships and support positive client outcomes; provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care; on-site position at Raleigh – Brier Creek office; fee-for-service; full-time and part-time opportunities available; supervision for associate licensure; office-based setting with supervision and support; EHR experience (SimplePractice or similar) is a plus; mentorship, professional development, and career growth opportunities; benefits including flexible scheduling and gym membership.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health field
- Active or associate-level licensure in North Carolina (e.g., LCMHCA, LCSWA, MFTA)
