Job Summary
As the Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor, you will oversee the outpatient mental health program, including clinical, operational, and administrative responsibilities. Key tasks involve monitoring staff productivity, ensuring compliance with agency policies, providing clinical supervision and guidance to therapists and interns, and supporting a safe work environment. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline, relevant NJ licensure, and supervisory experience in a social services setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a recognized mental health discipline
- NJ licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Two years of supervisory experience in social services setting
- Five years of service provision in behavioral health setting
- Valid NJ driver’s license
