Job Summary
Oversee daily workflow and program requirements for outpatient services, providing direct supervision to clinicians, coordinators, and case managers through bi-weekly meetings, performance reviews, and hiring decisions. Conduct individual and group therapy for clients with mental illness and substance use disorders while managing quality improvement activities and tracking staff KPIs. Deliver mental health consultation to community agencies and develop programs by acting as a liaison with statewide partners. Maintain compliance with thorough clinical record keeping, including assessments, progress notes, and periodic reports. Requires a Vermont license for substance use disorder treatment, a Master's degree in social work or psychology, and three years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related counseling field
- Experience working with children and families
- Supervisory experience
- Licensed in Vermont to provide substance use disorder treatment
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
