Job Summary
Outpatient Lymphedema Occupational Therapist responsible for performing evaluations and re-evaluations, designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, supervising assistants, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to performance-improvement and quality initiatives. Position supports a full-time weekday schedule with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available; licenses/certifications include BLS and OT licensure as required by the relevant certifying body. Location is Altamonte Springs, FL with on-site care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
- OT license/credentialing as applicable in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- OT license or eligibility to obtain/maintain required license or certification according to certifying body
