Job Summary
Outpatient LPN providing nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum in diverse settings under the Ohio Board of Nursing. Responsibilities include diverse nursing assessments, planning and documenting interventions, coordinating with the healthcare team, delegating tasks to UAPs per state criteria, promoting coordinated care, contributing to quality improvement, and acting as a patient advocate within a multidisciplinary team. Must hold an active Ohio LPN license and complete required Ohio Board of Nursing medication course; BLS required; Day shift with 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing
- Current license from the State of Ohio
- Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
