Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Primary Care

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under RN supervision. Maintain and review patient medical records, notes, and physician orders while documenting all activities per standards. Participate on unit teams, work groups, and committees. Engage in quality and performance improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. This full-time day role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
