Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine LPN position in Chantilly, VA. Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN. Maintains and reviews patient medical records and physician orders, documenting all patient care activities. Participates on unit teams and committees, contributes to quality and performance improvement initiatives, and performs other duties as assigned. Full-time day shift (8:00am–5:00pm).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
- License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
