Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 – Pulmonology

Coordinate referrals for patient chronic care conditions and follow-up care based on specialist or primary care physician plans. Administer prescribed oral and intramuscular medications, therapies, and treatments following practical nursing standards under direct physician supervision. Effectively communicate with healthcare team members, patients, and families while supporting team goals and assigning tasks to care assistants. Maintain and review patient medical records, notes, and physician orders, documenting all care activities according to standards and legal requirements. This full-time day role at Inova Pulmonology requires a Virginia-licensed LPN with two years of experience and BLS certification.
