Outpatient Infusion Center - Clinical Nurse (PT)

Provides direct patient care in an outpatient infusion center, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care needs, and medication administration. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care with defined goals. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural factors. This safety-sensitive RN role requires current licensure and qualification; standard hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with rotating days, part-time (24 hours per week), in an outpatient infusion center setting. Preferred qualifications include infusion experience and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
