Job Summary
Outpatient gastroenterology physician sought to join Baptist Health Medical Group in Elizabethtown, KY to provide outpatient gastroenterology services. Fellowship-trained gastroenterologist to join a group of physicians and advanced practice clinicians; clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with access to 5 endoscopy suites in the hospital. Compensation package includes recruiting incentives up to $200,000 (starting bonus, student loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipend), relocation allowance, CME allowance, malpractice tail coverage, and a two-year income guarantee with potential bonuses for productivity and quality. PSLF-eligible employer with immigration support, EPIC EHR (Gold Star 9 level) and DAX Co-pilot; professional mentorship and administrative support provided.
