Outpatient primary care physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Med-Peds) in a rural WV setting, employed by a non-profit health system. Four-day workweek with Epic EMR and Ai Scribe (Abridge) to streamline documentation. Open to BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Base salary starting at 280K with productivity and quality incentives; proven earnings potential around 365K. Comprehensive benefits include paid malpractice with tail coverage, 6 weeks PTO/CME, CME allowance, recruitment incentive package. PSLF/H1B visa support.
