Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease. Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings while utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation. Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams to participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives. This full-time role offers a team-based, patient-centered environment within a large, community-focused healthcare system serving over 600,000 residents, featuring strong academic affiliations and a Patient-Centered Medical Home designation. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Washington State medical license (or eligible)
- Active/Eligible DEA registration
- Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
