Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed to join our team at a new primary care construction site in Warsaw Center Lake, Warsaw, IN. Schedule is 8am–5pm with flexible options, totaling 36 patient contact hours per week plus 4 admin hours, and a light 1:6 call. The role emphasizes patient-first, team-based care with leadership opportunities, collaboration, and on-site lab and X-ray facilities. The team will operate at a new center co-located with a walk-in clinic and will eventually consist of four primary care providers.
