Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed to join a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. The role supports 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours of admin time, a 1:6 call schedule, and a very light call burden, enabling strong work-life balance. The team will operate at a facility co-located with walk-in clinic operations and will include on-site lab and X-ray capabilities, with eventual team size of four primary care providers.
