Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed for Parkview Health at a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. 8am–5pm with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time; 1:6 call with very light, manageable duties. Leadership opportunities available; emphasis on team collaboration and patient-first care. Site will be co-located with walk‐in clinic operations and have on-site lab and X-ray; team will eventually comprise 4 primary care providers.
