Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician at a new primary care clinic site. Provide outpatient family medicine care in a team-based, patient-first environment with on-site lab and X-ray capabilities. Schedule features include 8am–5pm hours, 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time, and a 1:6 call.
