Outpatient Family Medicine Physician sought to join Parkview Health at a new primary‐care construction site in Warsaw, IN. The role features 8:00–17:00 office hours, 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours for admin, a very light call schedule (1:6), opportunities for leadership, and a team‐oriented, patient‐first culture. The team will operate at the Warsaw Center Lake site, co‐located with walk‐in clinic operations and on‐site lab and X‐ray capabilities, with plans for a 4-provider primary care team.
